Domyn Expands Leadership Team for Next Phase of Sovereign AI Expansion
- Demand for sovereign AI is accelerating, driving Domyn’s leadership team expansion across marketing, institutional affairs, and people operations.
- The new appointments come as Domyn continues to scale its enterprise AI platform and infrastructure—including Colosseum, one of Europe's largest AI supercomputers, purpose-built for regulated industries.
The appointments support Domyn’s next phase of growth as demand rises for more trusted and independent AI infrastructure across governments, financial institutions, and other regulated sectors. As AI becomes increasingly embedded in critical systems and enterprise decision-making, organizations are placing greater emphasis on governance, operational control, and ownership of the platforms powering sensitive data and core intelligence workflows.
The expansion comes as Domyn continues to scale its international operations and advance Colosseum, one of Europe’s largest AI supercomputers, built to support sovereign AI deployments for mission-critical environments.
“As AI adoption grows, organizations are looking beyond access to models alone and placing greater importance on control, governance, and where their AI systems are built and operated,” said Domyn Founder and CEO Uljan Sharka. “These appointments strengthen our ability to support that shift internationally.”
Lauren Evans joins Domyn to lead global marketing, communications, and go-to-market strategy. She has spent her career helping high-growth technology companies navigate major platform shifts across AI, commerce, and digital advertising, combining deep product positioning with category-building marketing leadership. Prior to Domyn, she held leadership roles at Skai, Spirable, and FaceFinder.

Daniel Gueorguiev joins the company in Brussels to lead institutional engagement and policy strategy globally. With more than a decade of experience spanning AI policy, digital infrastructure, and government relations, he brings deep expertise operating at the intersection of technology, regulation, and European policymaking following senior roles at Vodafone, Ericsson, and GSMA.

Sara Riggi joins to lead people and organizational strategy during a period of rapid international growth. She brings extensive experience scaling teams, supporting organizational transformation, and building high-performance cultures across global technology companies, including Salesforce, Klarna, and DAZN.

As Domyn scales its compute infrastructure and AI research in parallel, these strategic hires demonstrate a matching investment in talent, positioning the company as a leading force in sovereign AI for regulated and mission-critical environments.
