Domyn has received a Gender Equality certification, as part of its growing commitment to building a more inclusive workplace.

At the Italian national level, this certification confirms that the measures adopted by Domyn to ensure equity in the workplace have been assessed and deemed compliant with the requirements of the applicable regulations, especially regarding the design and development of software applications, as well as innovative services in the fields of business intelligence and artificial intelligence.

Furthermore, the plan promotes equal opportunities, gender balance in leadership, and a safe, respectful working environment across the organization. It includes a strategy to collect data and assess gender balance, as well as dedicated resources to educate team members. Progress will be tracked annually through internal reports.
