Danilo brings over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership. He began his career at a Big Four audit firm and has since contributed to several large-scale infrastructure projects.

He served as Finance Head for the largest EU motorway developed through project financing, overseeing a $6B investment.

More recently, Danilo has focused on the Tech industry, serving as CFO for a fast-growing software services company founded in Milan that later went public on the New York Stock Exchange.

He has been directly involved in numerous M&A transactions and has served as a Board Member and Statutory Auditor across multiple companies.

Danilo holds a master’s degree from the University of Bologna and is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Auditor.
