Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in scaling teams, supporting organizational transformation, and building high-performance cultures across global technology companies, including Salesforce, Klarna, and DAZN. Passionate about technology and innovation, she has also deepened her expertise through the study of Agile frameworks and modern organizational methodologies.

She holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance and an M.S. in Management of Innovation and Technology from Sapienza University of Rome. She is also a Professional Coach and a Certified Change Management Practitioner.
