Milan, June 13 2025 – Cisco, the global leader in networking and cybersecurity has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Italian company Domyn to collaborate and promote AI innovation in Italy. The partnership was announced by Gianmatteo Manghi, CEO of Cisco Italy, and Uljan Sharka, CEO of Domyn.
Domyn is at the forefront of AI model development for highly regulated sectors—such as finance, healthcare, government services, and critical infrastructure—aimed at fostering the adoption of private and secure AI solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, Cisco and Domyn intend to collaborate in the following areas:
- Development of secure AI solutions that protect data and adhere to sovereignty principles, including customized proposals for the local market;
- Sharing of expertise and joint creation of market value propositions;
- In an initial phase, testing of Domyn’s AI applications on Cisco’s AI PODs and other secure, AI-focused Cisco technological infrastructures as part of the initial phase.

Solutions from the Cisco-Domyn collaboration will be showcased at the Cisco Co-Innovation Center in Milan, located at the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology.
To support the development of the projects outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding, Cisco Italy and Domyn plan to train personnel on each other’s technologies and collaborate on marketing and communication initiatives.
